Quality Control
At Chinee Furs Co., Ltd., quality control is integrated into every stage of production, from material selection and manufacturing to final packing and shipment. Our inspection procedures are adapted to the specific requirements of natural fur raw materials, fur garments and accessories, faux fur products, home textiles, trimmings, and custom-made items. Each order is evaluated according to approved specifications, samples, and applicable internal inspection standards.
1. Incoming Material Inspection
Materials and components are inspected before entering production. Because natural fur, artificial fur, fabrics, linings, hardware, and decorative components have different characteristics, our inspection criteria are adjusted to the product type and customer requirements.
- Natural fur materials: Fur appearance, color, hair density, softness, leather condition, size, and visible defects are assessed subject to the agreed grade and specifications.
- Faux fur and textile materials: Color, pile height, density, hand feel, backing condition, width, weight, and general appearance are reviewed as applicable.
- Supporting components: Linings, zippers, buttons, fasteners, labels, threads, and packaging materials are checked against the approved requirements.
- Color consistency: Materials are compared with approved samples or agreed color references, with consideration given to the natural variations inherent in genuine fur.
2. In-Process Quality Control
Our production teams monitor workmanship throughout cutting, matching, sewing, assembly, finishing, and other relevant processes. Key production steps are reviewed to identify issues early and reduce the risk of defects being carried into subsequent stages.
- Patterns, dimensions, material direction, and component placement are checked against the production requirements.
- Fur matching and panel arrangement are reviewed for balanced color, texture, and overall appearance where applicable.
- Seams, stitching, bonding, closures, edges, and attachment points are inspected for secure and consistent workmanship.
- Custom details, including shapes, colors, trims, labels, and packaging instructions, are verified against confirmed order information.
- Nonconforming items are separated for evaluation, correction, or replacement as appropriate.
3. Finished Product Inspection
Completed products undergo a final inspection based on product specifications and approved references. Inspection criteria vary by item, whether the order includes natural fur garments, accessories, raw materials, faux fur articles, home textiles, fur trimmings, or customized products.
- Appearance: Overall cleanliness, color coordination, fur or pile condition, symmetry, shape, and finishing are examined.
- Measurements: Key dimensions are checked against the agreed size chart, technical specification, or approved sample, subject to applicable tolerances.
- Workmanship: Seams, linings, hems, edges, closures, attachments, and decorative details are reviewed.
- Function: Zippers, buttons, fasteners, drawcords, and other functional components are tested where relevant.
- Order conformity: Product style, material, color, quantity, labeling, and customization details are verified against the confirmed order.
4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check
Packaging is selected to protect the product during handling, storage, and international transportation. Before shipment, our team reviews packing methods and shipping information to help ensure that the goods are prepared according to the confirmed requirements.
- Products are checked for cleanliness and proper presentation before packing.
- Inner packaging, protective materials, cartons, and carton sealing are reviewed for suitability.
- Product labels, size markings, care information, barcodes, carton marks, and other requested details are checked where applicable.
- Packed quantities and product assortments are verified against the packing list and order information.
- Shipping documents and customer-specific packing instructions are reviewed before dispatch.
5. Feedback and Continuous Improvement
Chinee Furs Co., Ltd. treats customer feedback as an important part of quality management. When a quality concern is reported, the relevant order details, samples, production records, and inspection findings are reviewed to identify the cause. Corrective actions may include process adjustments, additional inspection points, updated workmanship guidance, or closer material control, depending on the issue.
Our quality procedures are continuously refined through production experience, internal review, and communication with customers. For custom orders, we encourage buyers to provide clear technical specifications, reference samples, labeling instructions, packaging requirements, and intended-use information so that inspection criteria can be aligned before production begins.
